About Me

Scott “Spiderman” Mulholland as a state-certified general contractor spent over twenty years tearing apart and putting back together between 250 - 300 residential commercial and high-rise buildings a year. This gave him a unique insight into why buildings leak, how to restore them, and prevent future water intrusion issues. Many people and companies battle mold, deterioration, and damage from water intrusion.

Scott “Spiderman” Mulholland was enlisted into the United States Marine Corps prior to completing the 11th grade in 1979. While simultaneously serving his country, he finished two years of high school in one year and graduated from Los Angeles Adult Community College where he received his high school diploma. He graduated fourth in his class from Marine Corps Sniper School, served as an instructor and graduated as an officer of the Provost Marshal in the Philippines in 1980.
